Dave L. Neville

Dave L. Neville has been providing legal counsel to individuals and business for over 30 years. Dave received his law degree in 1991 from McGeorge School of Law and went back to school to earn a master of laws in taxation (LL.M.) in 1993 from University of San Diego.

Dave is a well-rounded attorney who began his career in San Francisco practicing bankruptcy law, business law, and later serving as general counsel to a publicly traded company that incubated start-up tech companies during the dotcom era.

Dave graduated from Ventura High School 1981 and returned to Ventura in 2003 to start his own practice in Ojai where he has been serving the local community and surrounding Ventura County practicing probate, trust administration and litigation, estate planning, real estate and business law.

Dave lives in Ojai with his wife where they raised their two children. As an avid hiker and surfer, Dave enjoys living in Ojai for its proximity to the mountains and the ocean.
